To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development / Sales Executive who knows how to find leads, build relationships, and close deals using Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Calls, Email, and Social Media.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Identify and qualify new leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, emails, and social media
✅ Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to deal closure
✅ Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and product demos
✅ Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
✅ Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
✅ Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, or Salesforce services
✔ Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound lead generation
✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and Managed Services model (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Comfortable working independently and meeting performance goals
✔ Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
