About the role
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth initiatives across the UK.
The ideal candidate will be a natural networker and strategic thinker, capable of identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals within the Tech, Fintech, and Gaming sectors.
What you'll get up to:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the gaming field.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities within the gaming sector to inform strategic planning.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing & underwriting to align offerings with client needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on data analysis and market research.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
About you:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role.
Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Knowledge of the gaming market, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience using our tools and software including Hubspot, Cognism, Aircall, Slack, Crunchbase & Beauhurst is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
