Calls Experts is a global contact center solution provider with 15+ years of experience in the North American market. We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent (English & Spanish) to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Insurance vertical. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, making live transfers to advisors, and maintaining accurate records — all in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound call traffic
- Qualify leads
- Make live transfers to advisors
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work 9-hour shifts 5 days a week in EST zone. Shifts: 9am - 6pm EST.
- Great command of English and Spanish Language
- Ability to handle objections, utilize persuasive skills, easy with small talks
- Ability to thrive in fast pace virtual platform
