Customer Service Representative (Remote – Colombia-Based Only)

Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air is expanding our remote team and looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Colombia to support our residential plumbing & HVAC customers in Miami.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling about plumbing or AC issues—listening carefully, asking the right questions, and providing a calm, compassionate experience while you schedule the right next steps with our field technicians.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent spoken and written English, strong phone presence, and a genuine desire to help people when they’re stressed or dealing with home emergencies.

• Based in Colombia with a stable internet connection
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – non-negotiable
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, outbound calling, or inside sales
• Confident communicator with strong phone presence and follow-up skills
• Comfortable in remote environments, including Zoom meetings with camera on
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Sales-oriented mindset with a genuine focus on customer experience

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or dispatcher role (preferably phone-based).
• Fluent, near-native spoken English with clear pronunciation and excellent listening skills.
• Strong empathy and customer-first mindset; you stay calm and kind when customers are stressed.
• Experience working with US-based customers is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with basic CRMs, scheduling or ticketing systems.
• Ability to multitask: talk, listen, and type notes at the same time.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and a good-quality headset for calls.
• Responsible, punctual, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about plumbing & HVAC basics (we’ll train you).
