Case Manager
Ekogreen.co is seeking a Remote Case Manager to oversee and manage customer service cases for aviation maintenance, NDT testing, and engine services. The role involves coordinating client interactions, tracking case progress, resolving issues, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Key responsibilities
Manage customer service cases, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution. • Communicate with clients to address their needs and provide technical support. • Coordinate with internal teams (NDT, engineering) to deliver services efficiently. • Analyze customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide feedback for service improvements. • Maintain accurate case records, reports, and performance metrics.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business, aviation, engineering, or related field. • Experience in customer service or case management (aviation/technical services preferred). • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
