Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified leader to oversee the Team of skilled Annotators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership and project management, with a focus on performance coaching and team building.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the team for annotation project.
- Proven ability to coach team members and enhance their performance.
- Strong team-building skills and the ability to manage staff turnover effectively.
- Experience to monitor and report on team performance and KPIs.
- Proficiency settlement processing and other administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with management.
- High sensitivity to reporting and planning for unexpected situations.
- Learn requirements and skills for specific task, such as identifying specific content in an image or video, writing text descriptions according to audio or text, answering survey questions, etc.
- Practice to improve annotation skills until the task can be done correctly and efficiently.
- Start task officially after practice period, complete the assigned workload every day.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role (e.g.,team leader or supervisor).
Above average communication skills
Preferred: Familiarity with Human Intelligence Tasks.
College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.
Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus, Cavite.
