About the job
As the Sales Manager for Mirth Resorts & Residences, you will be responsible for driving business growth across our luxury properties. This role focuses on developing strong partnerships, expanding corporate, travel, and event clientele, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with the warmth and creativity that define the Mirth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, travel, and MICE segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, agencies, and event planners.
- Develop sales strategies, promotional plans, and packages to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with brand standards.
- Coordinate with property teams for site visits, client events, and lead conversions.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze market trends.
- Represent Mirth Resorts at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Uphold brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 5–7 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven record in achieving revenue targets and managing client portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
