About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with expertise in Polyurethane & Epoxy floor coatings on concrete surfaces. This hybrid role blends sales generation with technical project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales & achieve revenue targets.
Build and manage client & contractor relationships.
Present proposals, quotations & technical demos.
Oversee technical execution of coating projects.
Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Provide management with regular project & sales reports.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Polyurethane & Epoxy coatings.
Strong sales acumen & proven ability to close deals.
Established contractor/client network in Chennai/Bangalore.
Solid technical knowledge of materials, application & project handling.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Certifications in coatings (preferred).
