In this role, you will be responsible for Outbound Sales and providing tailored advice to meet individual and business client needs.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Understand Client Needs: Identify and assess clients’ requirements through effective questioning and listening.

• 🔄 Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, trust, and policy renewals.

• 🎯 Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, conversion goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
• Must score Versant Level 3 or above

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong verbal communication with clear articulation
• Excellent listening skills and ability to hold natural, non-scripted conversations
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach

• Sales & Client Handling Abilities:
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
• Capable of handling objections and queries smartly
• Sound judgment and quick thinking during customer interactions
