Sales Executive
About the job
• Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with organizations needing managed IT services and support.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused solely on new client acquisition.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and provided lead lists.
• Conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and propose customized IT solutions.
• Present value-driven proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding handoff post-sale.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT sales
- Proven track record as a Hunter — consistently hitting or exceeding new business targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services (networking, servers, cloud, security, or desktop support).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to succeed in a remote, independent role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
