• Bi-weekly 1 on 1’s to assist in growing their salespeople’s headcount/revenue numbers consistently to help them reach their personal and professional goals
• Communicate, push and hold their teams accountable to reaching their monthly team and individual pop goals
• Hold their teams accountable to making the most of their 8 hours of work each day
• Organizing and coordinating morning huddles
• Create individual performance strategies
• Call monitoring and coaching

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or years of proven success in the industry
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback.
  • Must have a passion for training and working with our Training and Sales Management Teams to help grow individuals and our company overall
  • Consistently displays a positive attitude and sets a regular example for our core values
  • Someone who proactively promotes our company culture
  • Must not be on disciplinary action
