As a Recruitment Manager, you will use your proficiency in Recruitment as part of our Professional Services team to help our clients to succeed.  You will work with ROSS clients to improve their recruitment process including reducing their time to hire, increasing the quality of their candidate pool and reducing their costs.

 

You will manage the recruitment process including creating dynamic job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates then liaising and negotiating with clients throughout the process including offer letters and reference checks.  You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining excellent customer relations with ROSS clients, integrating into each client team and serving as a strategic partner in terms of recruitment solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, corporate recruitment experience is preferred.
  • You have experience recruiting for technology roles.
  • University degree or college diploma in related field to Human Resources Administration or Business Administration/ Commerce.
  • Outstanding communication and written skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
  • You have the ability and desire to attend after hour networking meetings and events once per month.

Location:

Although we do have an office in downtown Toronto you must have the ability to work from home on occasion.  In addition, you must also have or be willing to get reliable transportation as you will be working on client sites across the GTA (could include locations not readily accessible by public transportation).

 

Salary:

The salary range is flexible depending on your experience. The typical range is $60,000-$70,000.  In addition to your salary, you will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefit package.
