Recruitment Manager Job Description: 

Onsite 100% - either onsite at clinic or community events

Seeking a leader who can come in and build rapport quickly

- Will have authority to plan out community events.

- Collaborative with group but would have a hand in decisions

- Take budget and ad spend and decipher what would be most impactful and also track back end data 

- Interacts with clinical teams on a  daily basis

 

Experience: 

- Already have the experience to scale recruitment team and take dept to the next level

- Seeking previous recruitment managerial experience 

 

Details: 

- Salary - $60 - 80k dependant upon experience 

- Bonus - $5600
