Chief Financial Officer

As the CFO, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Cluster CFO, acting as a true business partner while piloting both financial strategy and operational excellence. You’ll be based in a Shared Services environment - the hub that keeps everything running smoothly - while guiding finance across diverse projects and regions.

Your Itinerary (Key Responsibilities):

• Financial reporting & in-depth analysis
• Implementing and strengthening operational finance structures
• Spotting and managing financial & operational risks
• Cash flow management and treasury oversight
• Managing foreign currencies and foreign exchange exposure
• Leading internal and external audits
• Driving budgets, forecasts and business analysis
• Project accounting and tax planning
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team
• Building internal controls that ensure a smooth flight (and no turbulence)

What You’ll Need In Your Travel Kit:

• CA(SA) qualification
• 10+ years’ experience in the commercial services industry (with project exposure)
• 5+ years in a management role
• Proven experience handling complex consolidations, FX and cross-border transactions
• A sharp commercial mindset, with the ability to balance compliance and strategy
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and empower your crew
