Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspire our finance team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead and oversee financial planning, cash management, and risk management.
• Control and evaluate fundraising strategies and capital structure.
• Ensure smooth cash flow and operational support.
• Deliver accurate and timely forecasting, reporting packs, and board updates.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governance standards.
• Take charge of company secretarial matters and safeguard contractual agreements.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: CA(SA)
• Experience: Strong background in a group
• 5–10 years as a CFO/Group Financial Manager/in a senior finance role in a group environment
• Skills: Xero, CaseWare, and Excel
• A dynamic leader with proven financial expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the vision to guide our company’s financial growth
