Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, you'll be trusted with overseeing all aspects of financial strategy, reporting and risk management. You’ll collaborate with top-tier leadership, manage large-scale operations and ensure that financial decisions fuel the company’s ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and oversee financial reporting and in-depth analysis, ensuring that the numbers align with the bigger strategic picture
• Lead the financial operations, implementing robust structures that drive business growth while managing financial and operational risks
• Take full charge of cash flow management and treasury oversight, ensuring liquidity and long-term stability
• Tackle foreign currency management and foreign exchange exposure
• Spearhead internal and external audits
• Own the budgeting, forecasting and business analysis functions to drive smarter financial decisions and growth
• Manage project accounting and tax planning, optimizing financial processes across the organization
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring smooth operations and strategic execution across all regions
• Build and reinforce internal controls to maintain efficiency, accuracy and compliance with minimal turbulence

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification (Non-negotiable)
• 10+ years in the commercial services industry, with significant exposure to projects and cross-border financial transactions
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong proficiency in financial software
• Proven experience in managing complex consolidations, FX and cross-border transactions
• A deep understanding of both financial compliance and strategic planning
• A sharp commercial mindset, excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and drive change in a multinational environment
