Key Responsibilities:

• Build and mentor a strong finance team committed to continuous improvement and excellence.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification required.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years post-articles experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive financial leadership role.
• Industry Exposure: Proven track record in manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace sectors.
• Skills: Strong expertise in strategic finance, governance, ERP systems, and stakeholder engagement.
• Other: Commercially astute, analytically sharp, and driven by innovation and excellence.
