About the job

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and supporting our sales process to accelerate revenue growth for our SaaS/PaaS solutions. This is a key role for someone with 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in B2B sales development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    Proactively engage with potential customers through various outreach channels such as phone, email, and social media, qualifying inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    Develop and implement effective strategies to drive new business, collaborating closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up, tracking, and progression of opportunities. Prioritize leads based on value and readiness to engage.
  • Collaboration & Alignment:
    Work with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies. Share insights to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Sales Metrics & Reporting:
    Track outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities, analyzing data to refine outreach tactics.
  • Mentorship & Development:
    Guide and mentor junior SDRs, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in a B2B sales development role, focusing on SaaS/PaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification techniques and sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
