We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up, tracking, and progression of opportunities. Prioritize leads based on value and readiness to engage. - Collaboration & Alignment:
Work with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies. Share insights to improve sales effectiveness. - Sales Metrics & Reporting:
Track outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities, analyzing data to refine outreach tactics. - Mentorship & Development:
Guide and mentor junior SDRs, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in a B2B sales development role, focusing on SaaS/PaaS or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification techniques and sales strategies.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
