We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sSalonales professional to drive the growth on online aggregator platform that simplifies discovery and bookings for customers. Responsibilities:
  • Market Strategy & Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Beauty and Self-Care industry to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Business Expansion & Sales: Meet and engage with key salon brands to successfully expand the company's market presence and achieve defined sales and revenue goals.
  • Partnership Management: Drive brand partnerships and manage the end-to-end salon onboarding process, ensuring smooth and effective integration.
  • Lead Generation & Account Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, execute lead generation strategies, and manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Pitch & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver effective 'Our Strategy' pitch presentations to key stakeholders. Utilize excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maximize business value.
  • Reporting: Craft business strategies and prepare market research reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective relationship building and pitching.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining positive client relationships.
