About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sSalonales professional to drive the growth on online aggregator platform that simplifies discovery and bookings for customers. This role is crucial for expanding the company’s footprint, building strong partnerships, and securing long-term relationships within the Beauty and Self-Care industry. The role demands extensive field work and a proactive approach to generating new business.
Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy & Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Beauty and Self-Care industry to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Business Expansion & Sales: Meet and engage with key salon brands to successfully expand the company's market presence and achieve defined sales and revenue goals.
- Partnership Management: Drive brand partnerships and manage the end-to-end salon onboarding process, ensuring smooth and effective integration.
- Lead Generation & Account Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, execute lead generation strategies, and manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Pitch & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver effective 'Our Strategy' pitch presentations to key stakeholders. Utilize excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maximize business value.
- Reporting: Craft business strategies and prepare market research reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Demonstrated strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective relationship building and pitching.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
