Sr. Connected Care Agent
Virtual Care Services is looking for hungry, performance‑driven Virtual Care Agents to help families and healthcare providers adopt, our AI‑powered virtual caregiver. This role is ideal for people who want their income to be driven by results, not by a guaranteed minimum base.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted guide who explains how our AI caregiver works, answers questions, and supports families and facilities as they start using the solution. You will spend your day speaking with families, seniors, and healthcare professionals across the United States, helping them understand how she can improve safety, adherence, and independence at home. she can only be sold and offered within the United States.
Our ideal agents are based in Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding cities, or elsewhere in the US but able to work fully aligned to Arizona time (MST). All orientations, trainings, and team meetings are conducted in Arizona time.

This is a commission‑only role; your income is based entirely on the activation and retention of subscriptions.
Key responsibilities
- Educate families, seniors, and healthcare providers about our AI caregiver on how it supports safety, medication adherence, and independence at home.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, and messages to warm leads from campaigns, referrals, and existing partners.
- Perform structured discovery to understand each family’s or facility’s needs, concerns, and current care setup.
- Deliver clear product demos and explanations via phone or video, tailoring the message to non‑technical audiences.
- Proactively follow up with prospects, track conversations, and keep an accurate pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, clinical, onboarding) to ensure a smooth hand off from interest to active user.
- Address objections around cost, privacy, and technology comfort with empathy and solid product knowledge.
- Monitor key activity metrics (calls, meetings, conversions) and consistently hit weekly and monthly targets.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve scripts, campaigns, and product features.
- Represent Virtual Care Services with professionalism, warmth, and integrity in every interaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer‑facing role: inside sales, customer success, patient coordination, medical call center, or similar.
- Proven experience managing a sales or support pipeline using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar).
- Strong spoken and written English (B2+); comfortable on phone, video calls, and email.
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical or complex topics in simple, reassuring language.
- High empathy and active listening skills; you are comfortable speaking with seniors and families about health and care.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, telemedicine, or senior care is a strong plus.
- Hungry, performance‑driven mindset: you are excited by the idea that your income is tied to your results.
- Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and ability to work Arizona time (MST) regardless of home state.
- Must be located in the United States; Addison can only be offered within the US.
- Confident using digital tools (CRMs, calendar tools, video platforms, spreadsheets).
