Inside Sales Representative (Remote – Colombia-Based Only)

Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing and HVAC company serving homeowners across Miami-Dade and Broward. We’re looking for a Colombia-based Inside Sales Representative to drive follow-ups, convert unsold opportunities, and generate booked jobs and revenue from our existing pipeline of leads and customers.

This is a fully remote, phone-based sales role focused on outbound follow-up, objection handling, and closing. You’ll work closely with our Miami team, joining daily Zoom meetings, and will be responsible for hitting clear activity and sales targets each week.

• Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities
• Re-engage past customers to drive repeat business and rebooking
• Identify customer needs and confidently position appropriate plumbing and HVAC solutions
• Handle objections professionally and move conversations toward decisions
• Close deals and schedule service or sales appointments when appropriate
• Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and activity tracking in our CRM (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Hit daily activity targets (calls, talk time, follow-ups) and monthly sales goals
• Participate in daily Zoom meetings (camera on) with the Miami team to review pipeline, strategy, and live situations
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handoff of booked jobs
• Represent Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air with integrity, professionalism, and a desire to win

• Based in Colombia with a stable, reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – non-negotiable for this role
• 2+ years of inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing experience
• Proven experience handling objections and following up persistently to close deals
• Comfortable working in a base + commission structure with clear performance expectations
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up habits using a CRM
