YucaTech is looking for a C++ Developer to join a remote engineering team working on reliable, maintainable software solutions for international clients. This role is suitable for a developer who can take ownership of backend or systems-level components, write clean C++ code, collaborate with distributed teams, and contribute to practical product delivery.
You will work in an engineering-focused environment where quality, communication, problem-solving, and modern software development practices matter.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components using modern C++.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into clean, efficient, maintainable implementations.
- Debug, profile, and optimize application performance, memory usage, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, product stakeholders, and project managers in an agile workflow.
- Review code, improve architecture, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Participate in estimation, planning, and delivery of client-facing software projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong practical experience with C++ development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and memory management.
- Experience debugging complex issues and writing maintainable production-quality code.
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in English.
- Nice to have: experience with Linux, networking, multithreading, performance optimization, or embedded/systems development.
