We are seeking a proficient Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing CRM solutions using Salesforce. Work remotely from anywhere in Latam!
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and APIs. Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and integrate data sources, ensuring data consistency, security, and accessibility. Implement and maintain workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting. Provide technical guidance and share best practices with the team. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals. Perform both administration/configuration and custom implementations.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer. Salesforce certification in Data Cloud (required); additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect) are a plus Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes. Experience with integration and data orchestration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent in English.
