Middle C++ Developer

We are looking for a Middle C++ Developer to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code. This role is suitable for a developer with 2+ years of C++ experience, strong knowledge of modern C++ up to C++20, and the ability to contribute to code quality, testing, performance, and maintainable architecture.

As part of the application, candidates are required to provide a GitHub/profile link or examples of their C++ work, plus a short C++ code snippet of no more than 100 lines that demonstrates their coding ability.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
• Participate in code reviews and automated testing of C++ code
• Implement performance-focused and quality-focused modules
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and improve engineering practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring trends and applying relevant knowledge in daily work

• 2+ years of development experience with C++
• Good knowledge of C++ core features and the standard library up to the C++20 standard
• Practical knowledge of STL containers, algorithms, and common C++ idioms
• Knowledge of multithreaded and asynchronous programming concepts
• Good English level, at least B1
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to continuously learn, develop, monitor trends, and apply acquired knowledge at work
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus skills:

• Experience with Boost.Asio, protobuf, or SQL-like databases
• Experience with gRPC or NATS
• Knowledge of the OSI network model and its protocol stack
