We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions for US-based clients. This role requires deep expertise across SharePoint Online and On-Premises, Microsoft Azure automation services, and modern Microsoft 365 integrations.
The ideal candidate is a strategic technical leader with hands-on development capability, strong communication skills, and a passion for automation, governance, and scalable workplace solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions tailored to business needs.
- Design and automate business processes using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Runbooks.
- Develop and maintain custom SharePoint components using PnP PowerShell, SPFx, CSOM/JSOM, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Lead SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Establish governance, best practices, security standards, and documentation for SharePoint environments.
- Troubleshoot complex SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and automation issues.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and development.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and hybrid configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation / Runbooks, Power Automate, and enterprise automation.
- Advanced PnP PowerShell, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, governance, security, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for SharePoint and Azure deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-600, AZ-204, or MS-700 are a plus.
