Working Student - Founder´s Associate (m/f/d)

Our goal is to pioneer the world into a net-zero energy system, by deploying energy storage to support renewable energy sources.
Our easy-to-integrate technology improves battery storage in terms of safety, reliability, and handling. This allows using discarded electric vehicle batteries (second life) at scale.
We are currently seeking a resourceful and ambitious working student to join our team as a Founder´s Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our founders in communicating our vision internally and externally. Your mission

With your support we make the STABL technology known and spread our vision. Entering the market and rapidly growing turnover means constant, solution-oriented adaptation of work processes and the best possible automation in an environment without existing, old-fashioned structures.
Your activities include:

• Work directly with our managing directors & founders with a broad range of tasks (e.g. preparations of meetings, communication, research, organization of events).
• Create appealing and professional powerpoint presentations that convey the intended message in a concise and understandable way (both content presentation and professional design).
• Support founders in strategic and operational tasks and free their capacities for critical tasks and decisions.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. With STABL you can quickly contribute your knowledge and creativity.

• In-progress studies in a technology related field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science etc.), in the best case with exposure to business administration, management, communication or psychology activites.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, as well as great data visualization skills.
• Understanding of technical terms and ideas. Detailed and in-depth work.
• Skilled in designing and refinementing of powerpoint presentations (both design and content).
• Experience working in a start-up and/or consulting in operations or administration beneficial.
• Excellent German language skills and fluency in Business English.
