We are an innovative industrial tech startup revolutionizing quality inspection with AI and computer vision. Our mission: Enable manufacturers to reach zero-defect production with state-of-the-art inspection systems. To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Founders Associate to lead implementation projects, shape our customers’ journeys, and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications Ideally a master’s degree student in digital strategy or business-related study with a strong interest in AI software solutions and manufacturing.
- You have experience managing projects — ideally in industrial automation, manufacturing or related tech environments.
- Strong communicator in both German and English (mandatory), able to engage confidently with operators and C-level alike.
- Structured, hands-on personality with a passion for organizing complex processes and solving problems proactively.
- Technical affinity — you don’t need to be an engineer, but understanding how sensors, cameras, and production lines work excites you.
- Motivation and enthusiasm for working in a startup as well as a long-term interest in working for a startup
- Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally Europe (approx. 10%).
What you’ll do You will work directly with the founder team to develop the business from an operative as well as strategic perspective. The activities will focus on the areas of operations, customer journey and strategic projects.
- Assist the founders in planning, structuring, and executing strategic initiatives across departments (e.g. product, sales, fundraising).
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Analyze and improve internal workflows, set up scalable processes, and support daily operations.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, pitch decks, investor updates, and internal communications; coordinate with external partners.
- Jump into high-priority or time-sensitive topics where needed — from fundraising prep to product testing or hiring tasks.
- Organize and run customer training sessions and workshops on our AI inspection platform.
