Working Student - Founder's Associate (f/m/d)

At leitspalt, we combine engineering precision with entrepreneurial drive to accelerate the transition to an electric future. **WHO YOU ARE** We are looking for a Working Student (12h+) to join the team for a minimum of 6 months. * You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field * You have a hands-on mentality and an open, proactive mindset * Ideally, you have already taken responsibility in a student initiative, project, or internship * You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy taking ownership * You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English * You have strong writing and presentation skills * You are passionate about mobility, sustainability, and deep tech **YOUR ROLE** As a Founder’s Associate (Working Student), you will support the CEO and founding team in their daily operations and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include: * Assisting the founding team with day-to-day operations and back-office tasks * Conducting research on relevant topics (e.g., new battery technologies, market developments, competitors) * Supporting with customer presentations, investor relations, fundraising preparations, and financial/strategy planning * Helping to streamline processes and bring structure to a rapidly growing startup **WHY JOIN US?** At leitspalt, you’ll shape the future of electric mobility from the ground up.
