Join our dynamic Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) team as we support high-impact digital transformation programmes across the Government sector. We are looking for passionate and driven professionals who thrive on designing strategies, driving change, and delivering technology-enabled transformation in the public sector. As a Senior Associate or Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects related to Digital Strategy, IT PMO, and Public Sector Transformation Initiatives. You will work alongside a high-performing team to support national digital agendas, shape transformation roadmaps, and ensure successful execution of large-scale initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy Development Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, benchmarks, and insights relevant to client's digital initiatives. Assist in formulating digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, and investment cases aligned to client goals and national digital blueprints. Support the development of stakeholder presentations, reports, and workshop materials to communicate key recommendations. 2. Digital Transformation Implementation Provide structured support in the planning and execution of digital transformation projects. Identify opportunities for process re-engineering, innovation, and technology adoption within public sector organisations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct analyses, and contribute to solutioning and implementation plans. 3. Project Management Office (PMO) Support Assist in project planning, resource management, and milestone tracking for digital strategy and transformation engagements. Monitor project performance and risks, supporting mitigation planning and status reporting. Drive coordination among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 4. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong working relationships with clients. Support and participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, capturing insights and ensuring alignment with project goals. Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with digital technologies, enterprise architecture, or public sector innovation trends is an advantage. PMP, Prince2, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Public Policy, or related fields. 3–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, IT project delivery, digital transformation, or PMO roles.
