About the job
Our client is a world-renowned player within financial services. Due to an exciting digital transformation, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their Change Management function on a contract basis.
The Digital Transformation Project Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
Redesigning processes around underwriting rules
Identifying the need for process improvements
Automating antiquated paper-based processes into a slicker more digital format
Choosing systems
Process design and implementation
Organisational design and redesign
Structural reorganisation of departments
Changing the way in which the Back Office process operates
The Digital Transformation Project Manager will meet the following skill set:
Experience within digital transformation in an asset management house
Experience in managing difficult stakeholders at board and executive level of seniority
Experience leading on projects within a large-scale digital transformation
LEAN Six Sigma, PRINCE 2 or Agile certificate holder
