Responsibilities
Team Performance
- To map team target and achieve it via daily review, guidance, and motivating team.
- Weekly performance review with management, understanding client’s requirement, and hand-holding team.
- To overlook proper lead/data management, make sure that the quotation, sample approval, and is very prompt.
Number Generation
- To generate sales numbers from self/team meetings.
- To focus on potential meetings after team.
- To focus and expedite the final closing and payment process.
Team Skill Development and Nurturing
- To motivate and train the team on a regular basis.
- To look into downline staff difficulties and solve them.
