👥 Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our amazing team and make Tise the best place to work 💚

You’ll be part of the People Team based in our Oslo HQ — a warm, dedicated group currently counting four people. You will report to the Head of People and work closely with managers across all departments to attract and hire the right talent to fuel Tise’s next phase of growth.

Your focus will be on end-to-end recruitment for roles across the company — from engineering and design to marketing, operations, and more. While your home base will be Oslo, you’ll also support recruitment in our other markets when needed.

Please note that this is a 100% full-time position offered on a one-year temporary contract, with the possibility of extension. The role will be based in our colorful, social office in the heart of Oslo 💖

🌟 Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes — from writing job descriptions to onboarding new hires
  

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and define recruitment strategies
  

• Source, attract, and engage top talent through creative channels and a strong employer brand
  

• Build and maintain a great candidate experience throughout every step of the process
  

• Help develop and refine our recruitment processes and tools
  

• Contribute to people projects related to employer branding, DEI, and culture building
  

• Support the People Team in making Tise a fantastic place to work for everyone

• You have experience with end-to-end recruitment — ideally within tech, business roles, or other “hard-to-fill roles”
