About the job
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, including mid-level, senior, and C-level roles across different functions and regions (GCC, MENA, international), ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Source potential candidates through online platforms (social media, professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and offline channels (universities, career fairs, referrals), not relying only on inbound CVs.
• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent, leveraging both local knowledge and international networks.
• Engage with hiring managers in a consultative recruitment model to understand staffing needs, provide recruitment solutions, and offer market insights.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously across various seniority levels and functions, including support for executive search/headhunting of niche or leadership positions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants, talent pools, and potential candidates.
• Keep recruitment files organized, ensuring data accuracy, and continuously improve filing and applicant tracking systems.
• Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 3–4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates).
- Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews across mid-level, senior, and C-level roles.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (Tech, Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.) and exposure to different regions/markets (GCC, MENA, international).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and align with leadership.
- Ability to adapt recruitment strategies depending on role, location, and business needs.
