Job Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles across the organization. This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The senior specialist also plays a strategic role in workforce planning and contributes to employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across departments.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including headhunting, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methods and tools.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to improve processes.

Collaborate with HR and department leaders on workforce planning and succession planning.

Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on hiring trends, best practices, and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

Proven track record of successfully filling senior or niche roles.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
