About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet business needs. This role combines both sourcing and end-to-end recruitment responsibilities — from candidate generation to job offer — while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.

  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and recruitment opportunities.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring criteria.

  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career motivation.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning and hiring targets.

  • Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring progress and performance metrics.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and digital recruitment campaigns.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the recruitment function to drive efficiency and quality of hire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sourcing and/or end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of various sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR metrics is an advantage.
