Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in New Friends Colony, South Delhi. As a Mid-Level, Full-Time position, the selected candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our diverse clientele across multiple industries. You will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates that meet our clients' strategic needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing to placement, ensuring alignment with clients' needs (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated expertise in offer negotiation, adeptly facilitating competitive offers and closing deals with successful candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent in competitive markets using both innovative and traditional methods.
• Strong command of Boolean search strings, enabling precise and efficient candidate searches for specialized roles.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders effectively, ensuring their staffing needs are consistently met with the best candidates.
• Familiarity with hiring practices and labor regulations in the Gulf region, enhancing our regional recruitment efforts.
• Sharp analytical skills to evaluate candidate potential and role compatibility, enhancing the quality of recruitment outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with candidates and maintaining positive client relationships.
