We are expanding our Talent Excellence Team and looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic environment

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries (FMCG, Retail, Construction, Energy, etc.)
  • Maintaining strong pipelines and guaranteeing exceptional candidate experience.
  • Mentoring junior recruiters and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.
  • Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn & advanced recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in English.
