SchooLinks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to manage our SMB Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a few years experience managing a high-performance sales team and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, setting clear goals, targets, and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
- Coach, mentor, and train sales team members on effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to provide constructive feedback and support professional development in real time.
- Ability to run pipeline review and forecast
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in sales strategies.
- Not afraid of rolling up sleeves and be in the deal with the reps
- Attend tradeshows and help coach reps in action
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Be a good steward of our PACE driven culture
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry and company size.
- Prior B2B SaaS selling experience is a must
- Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the G-suite of products.
