The company:

A global leader in submarine cable manufacturing, specialising in high-performance telecom and power transmission systems. With a strong reputation for innovation, cutting-edge manufacturing, and large-scale project execution, the company plays a crucial role in connecting the world’s digital and energy infrastructure. They are expanding their footprint across South East Asia and are looking for a results-oriented sales leader to drive growth in the region.

 

The role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the submarine cable sector.
  • Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

 

The person:

  • At least 3 years of sales within a renewables setting (preferably onshore or offshore wind)
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans
  • Strong analytical skills for competitive and market analysis
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close high-value deals.
