Overview
A busy family in Ghent, NY is looking for a full-time, live-in nanny. The family has a 2-year-old daughter and is expecting another baby this Summer. This is an 8 hour a day role, Monday through Saturday. The family can be flexible on the exact hours. This role requires domestic and international travel and the ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish. Accommodations include a separate bedroom and bathroom. The family will consider relocation for the right candidate and is targeting a March 15th or prior start date.
Responsibilities
- Support family in raising daughter and engaging her in age appropriate activities and play
- Travel domestically and international with family
- Assist family when newborn arrives in July
- Communicate with children in English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Experience with two children under 3 years of age
- Comfortable traveling with family or staying home with both children and dogs
- Team-player with a can-do-attitude
- Lookng for a long-term role
Requirements
- Legal to work in US
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Comfortable around dogs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
Salary and Benefits
$35-$40/hour plus some benefits
