Overview
A loving family of four living in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a full-time live-in nanny. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7am-7pm. The ideal scenerio would be the candidate living in Monday through Friday and going home on the weekends. The familly would prefer to hire someone already living local to the tri-state area. They will consider a full 7 day live-in as well. During the Summer, the role requires the candidate to spend July and August (6-8 weeks), in East Hampton. The nanny can go home on the weekends, same as when they are living in Brooklyn. This position starts on January 6th ideally!
Responsibilities
- This is a live-in role, Monday through Friday (private bedroom and en suite bathroom provided)
- Comfortable caring for two school aged children
- Grocery shopping
- Laundry for children
- Meal prep and cooking
- Tidying up after the children.
Qualifications
- Must be okay to travel 6-8 weeks in East Hampton in July/August
- Potential to travel for Christmas week, if desired
- The ability to drive is a plus while in the Hamptons, but not required
- Must be legal to work in the US
Salary and Benefits
The family is offering $35/hr plus the following benefits:
