KS787 - Full-Time Live-Out Nanny - Tribeca, NYC

Overview

A loving family of five in NYC is seeking a second nanny to add to their current family dynamic.  This nanny should have longevity with prior families they have worked for.  There are three children who range in age from three months to five years year.  There will always be a second nanny working with you to split the work.  This is a live-out role when in NYC and live-in during the summer in the Hamptons and when traveling.  The candidate should already be local to NYC.  The position is flexible to start, but ideally they'd like someone in place by March.

Responsibilities

• Daily care of young children
• Cooking for the children (being open to cooking for adults is also a huge plus!)
• Family laundry
• Light housekeeping
• Tidying up around the entire home
• Making all of the family beds
• Taking the children to/from school and activities
• Travel (Hamptons on weekends/Summers, but also for trips)
• Comfortable working with a dog in the home

Requirements

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Passport ready or EAC card to travel
• The ability to drive is a huge plus!
• Good communication skills
• Coordination/organizing
• Team-player mentality
• Roll up your sleeves and pitch-in type role
• Prior experience working with infants through school-age children
