AECOM is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to be based in Manila, Philippines.

Job Description:
This role acts as a direct extension of Talent Acquisition team in creating a welcoming and engaging candidate experience and is responsible for posting clear job descriptions, sourcing and screening potential and qualified candidates, and scheduling interviews for selected candidates. This role will act as the first point of contact for candidates who apply to role at AECOM. This role will primarily work on roles within our Americas regions which includes the United States, Canada and Latin America countries .

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course

  • At least 4 years recruitment experience in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model

  • Working knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition standards and procedures  

  • Experience using talent acquisition tools/candidate sourcing techniques/tools, applicant tracking systems, internet-based sourcing tools such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, Avature, Linkedin, HiringSolved and other similar platforms and tools  

  • Experience with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search or other relevant search principles  

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools  

  • Must have reporting and tracking experience

  • Experience within a high-volume recruiting environment and recruiting for technical roles in the fields of IT and engineering is an advantage, but not required

  • Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors, discrepancies & issues. (Attention to Detail) 

  • Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to initiate ways to improve customer experience (Customer Service) 

  • Ability to maintain a high level of collaboration among multiple internal and external stakeholders to effectively arrive at solutions and develop initiatives. (Collaboration) 

  • Ability to effectively communicate within a varied audience and internal and external customers using different platforms. (Communication) 

  • Ability to identify and resolve moderate and complex issues by applying best practices and technical expertise and may recommend solutions for unique scenarios. (Problem Solving) 

  • Ability to work in U.S. shifting schedule operating hours
