How will you reach your goals as a recruitment consultant?
- Sourcing international sales talent that match our clients' briefs
- Personalising outreach to each candidate through Inmail, email, videos and calls
- Updating clients on hiring projects
- Managing candidates through interview processes
- Delivering job offers to candidates (the best bit)
- Strategic and consultative approach
