This role offers the opportunity to take over an established maternity cover desk, while also building out and developing your own business area within our thriving Temporary and Contracts team. You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced recruiters, share insights, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the division. Key Responsibilities Manage existing client relationships and deliver excellent service while covering a maternity desk. Continue to develop the desk with both new and existing clients within the temporary and contract markets. Source, screen, and interview candidates to maintain a strong, active temp talent pool. Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement. Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted recruitment advisor. Collaborate with colleagues to share market knowledge and identify new opportunities. About You Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within temporary or contract recruitment. Confident managing existing accounts while generating new business. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Motivated by results and passionate about delivering great service. Available to start as soon as possible.
