Procurement Manager – Contract -London\Kent – £400-£500 per day -10 months contract

STR are recruiting for a contractor to join a large organisation in the London as a Procurement Manager (Construction).

Within the role of Procurement Manager you will be required to managed strategic procurement activity on high value construction works.

As the Procurement Manager you will have experience of managing bespoke contracts such as NEC3 and be comfortable working under OJEU\EU\Utility regs or government frameworks. Within this position the successful candidate will need to be a highly commercial individual who understands risk allocation, early contractor involvement as well as design & build components. Experience of procurement for works in regards to rail projects.

The role will require a candidate who is comfortable engaging internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.

This role maybe suitable for a Senior Procurement Manager or Procurement Manager or Project Procurement Manager or PPM or Procurement Lead or Procurement Specialist or Procurement Director or Senior Buyer or Lead Buyer.
