- Coordinating care activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RN license in New York State (BSN or ASN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care nursing is highly valued.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays
