Role Overview
As an IT Recruiter at Pitch N Hire, you will be responsible for end-to-end technical hiring, ensuring seamless recruitment for IT roles across various technologies and domains. You will source, screen, and place candidates for contract and permanent positions while collaborating with clients and account managers.
Key Responsibilities
Review Job Requirements – Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and required technical skills.
Source Candidates – Search using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
Screen Resumes – Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
Conduct Initial Interviews – Assess candidates' technical skills, communication.
Schedule & Track Interviews – Arrange and monitor technical and HR interviews with clients.
Follow Up on Feedback & Offers – Ensure timely feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Negotiate Salary & Contracts – Discuss pay rates, benefits, and contract terms to close positions.
Manage ATS & Reports – Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate status and recruitment metrics.
Stay Updated with Market Trends – Research IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand technologies.
Key Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in IT recruitment (staffing/consulting preferred).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT domains like Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, AI, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, and Data Engineering etc.
Sourcing Tools & Platforms : Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills to engage with candidates and clients.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Target-Driven Environment with multiple hiring requirements.
