  • Search for associates/profiles on LinkedIn, Naukri and other job sites matching job description
  • Primary filtering/Sourcing
  • Collect all details of candidate
  • Schedule and Coordinate with candidate and interview panel
  • Complete onbaording process

Preferred candidate profile

  • Having more than 3 years of cumulative experience on technology SFDC /SAP/Oracle / Fullstack
  • Should have closed more than 10 position in one of the above technologies
  • Should have good network on candidates
  • Result oriented and who can commit for long period with same company
