IT Project Manager – Exeter – 8 Month Contract – £18.19 per hour umbrella
Our client is a large public sector organisation who require an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to deliver their new IT services Management Tool (ITSM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. They provide ICT support to schools in 27 local authorities as well as Internal ICT Support within their organisations.
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain project plans
* Create and manage a variety of technical and non-technical work packages
* Co-ordinate technical and non-technical staff.
For the projects the post will manage a mix of tasks, such as project governance arrangements, process mapping, contract and SLA work, IT solution design, changes to processes, transition support for staff, plus post implementation review.
